The Master luthiers at Kitharra in Indonesia based this design on the world renowned luthier and guitar maker Vicente Carrillo of Casasimorro, known as "El Pueblo de las Guitarras" (the Town of the Guitars). The Carrillo family have made classical guitars in the town since 1836 and remain one of the most respected classical guitar workshops in Spain, which produces some of the highest quality instruments you can buy. A long history dating back to 1836 has ensured a continuity of skills which have kept Vicente Carrillo of Casasimorro so high − and Kitharra in Indonesia have spared no time or expense to recreate this classical master work in meticulous detail and quality.
This exclusive guitar is handcrafted uses only the best premium tonewoods and showcase appointments. The Kitharra Custom Classical Guitar combines the iconic look, feel and resonance of the legendary Spanish classical guitar with slightly smaller “3/4” dimensions for enhanced comfort and playability.
The guitar includes a custom fit Sundanese “Batik” swathed hardshell case, highlighting the tradition and pride of
one of Indonesia’s finest guitar makers.
